The Boker Plus Caracal FB takes the great ergonomics of the well received Boris Manasherov folder into a hard use durable fixed blade. Solidly built yet it’s compact form factor makes for a great urban carry knife that can tag along every day

The Blade: Spear point shape with a flat grind and a broad belly can handle  the most demanding cutting tasks. The D2 blade also has a pronounced fuller and jimping along the spine at the thumb rest. Tough as nails carbon blade steel comes with a heavy stonewash finish that works well in daily use.

The Handle: Hard wearing G10 has been 3D machined to conform to a users finger tips. A double finger groove splits the grip and helps maintain a tight grip under heavy use. The solid full tang with extended pommel with lanyard hole that can be used as a strike point.

The Sheath: Form fitted Kydex with braided eyelets to mount the included belt carry clip attachment.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. D2 has a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) which gives it greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels making it semi-stainless. D2 offers a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance for a good all around knife steel.
