The Cold Steel Heavy Machete is just what it sounds like, a broad, stout and heavy machete with a forward weight and amazing chopping power. The compact blade delivers raw cutting power thanks to a blade that widens to over 4 inches at the tip while still being convenient to carry. The blade is made from 1055 carbon steel for toughness with a baked-on, matte black finish for corrosion resistance. The wide, flat-tipped blade is perfect for laying waste to any brush needed clearing. The textured Polypropylene handle is durable, weather resistant and offers excellent traction in the hand. Includes snap closure, nylon sheath for belt carry.
