The Leatherneck-SF (for Semper-Fi) Clip Point fixed blade from Cold Steel Knives is an outdoor tool just as at home at camp as it is at base. It’s a tactical defender capable of heavy utility and much, much more. 

The Blade: The full tang construction for this beast is made from unstoppable German D2 tool steel and given a non-reflective black powder coated finish. It’s as stealthy as it is useful. This version is equipped with the unbeatable piercing power of a Tanto point blade profile. The subtly sweeping, plain edge hollow grind of the primary cutting edge has a myriad of uses from every day slicing to chopping and everything in-between. It’s the perfect partner to have around camp to get things done. The hard working steel can tackle the tougher jobs and is relatively easy to re-sharpen in the field, when you need to. It comes shaving sharp from the factory. The powder coating helps prevent corrosion but a wipe down and a bit of oil after use will go a long way to keep it rust free..

The Handle: A deeply checkered Kray-Ex handle encompasses the entire tang offering a grip fit for any environment. To protect the user’s hand from that razor edge, Cold Steel has secured a solid steel double quillon guard. It’s well balanced and has an excellent feel in hand. It’s finished off with a machined steel butt cap for toughness and even a hammer in a pinch. 

Each Leastherneck-SF ships in a sturdy Secure-Ex sheath with fully detachable ambidextrous belt loop for carry.
