The full flat grind makes the 6 cut very well while the 1095 tool steel is tough and easy to maintain in the field, especially with the durable powder coat finish taking on the majority of corrosion protection. The Blade: Full tang 1095 tool steel has been ground to a versatile drop point that excels at wilderness tasks from simple cutting and chopping to batoning and game cleaning.  Black traction coating provides a non-reflective finish that also helps protect the high carbon steel from corrosion.  Plain edge configuration with unique serial number on backside of blade.

The Handle: Black linen Micarta handle scales with red liners are attached to the full tang construction via black oxide Allen screws allowing for easy removal for cleaning and maintenance. Micarta is super tough and offers traction even when wet. The flat handles are low profile while still offering a comfortable grip. Part of the tang is exposed for use in prying/hammering tasks and has a hole drilled for lanyard attachment.

The Sheath: Carries via a secure injection molded sheath with steel spring clip plate.
