Marking a customer driven upgrade of a popular design, the LionSteel M2M is based on the M2, an outdoor fixed blade with big knife performance in a compact, easy to carry package. The M2M retains the broad, flat ground drop point blade that is the foundation of this performance driven tool. Upgrades include a longer, more versatile handle with comfortable 3D milled contoured scales, a sharpened tang for ferro rod striking, MOLLE compatible leather sheath and M390 stainless-steel blade. This version has a satin finished blade and green canvas Micarta scales.

Blade: LionSteel delivers the classic drop point with a broad profile a full flat grind for a strong blade that slices very well. A practical hunting and outdoor cutting tool, the blade comes equipped with a crowned spine and satin finish for a touch of style. M390 offers superior edge retention and corrosion resistance for an easy to maintain blade.

Handle: Extended by 8 mm, the handle allow for multiple grip options based on the task at hand, with exceptional comfort from the 3D contoured scales. The fully crowned spine of the tang rides proud to the scales for a more contoured feel, while the extended end has been sharpened for striking a ferro rod for fire making.

Sheath: Carries via a multi-position MOLLE compatible stitched leather sheath.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
