RMJ Tactical Da Choppa Explore More Edition Gray 80CrV2 Gray and Orange G10 Fixed Blade

Fast, light, and effectively powerful, RMJ Tactical’s Da Choppa is thin enough for food prep while being an excellent chopping tool. The Explore More Edition comes with a Savage Stainless gray Cerakote coated 80CrV2 blade and gray and orange G10 handle scales.

Blade: Made from tough 80CrV2 high carbon tool steel the Saex style blade come with a high flat grind and scallop milled spine delivering a lightweight yet powerful chopping tool. A forward choil provides ample control of the wide blade for fine slicing tasks. The blade comes Cerakote coated for a non-reflective finish that helps prevent corrosion.

Handle: Traction milled and contoured G10 handle scales provide a secure and ergonomic grip. The chamfered spine sits proud of the scales for a more contoured feel without added thickness. Oversized stainless steel hardware securely attaches the scales to the full tang and allows for easy removal for maintenance or changing scales.

Sheath: Carries via a molded Kydex sheath with low ride Pull-The-Dot snap straps.

80CrV2 Carbon Steel: A simple low-alloy carbon steel similar to 1084 with added chrome and vanadium for refinement in heat treating. It easily takes a fine edge and offers high toughness, similar to 52100. Both edge retention and corrosion resistance are low.
