The Blade: A robust, full tang D2 Tool Steel construction gives the Apex durability without sacrificing cutting performance, with a tall and utilitarian drop point profile with harpoon swedge. The blade sports a Darkened, acid washed and tumbled finish that hides wear well with a satin finished spine for contrast. The scoop of the spine behind the harpoon tip makes for a great place to naturally index the thumb for added power during strenuous work.

The Handle: The layered Blue & Black G10 scales are contoured and fluted with a significant taper toward the pommel. The negative angle puts the point of the blade inline with the wrist for a more ergonomic design and allows for greater clearance of the fingers enabling the Apex to be used for food prep. The Apex has a comfortable and hand filling handle design that is still compact and easy to carry. The installed paracord lanyard extends the handle and gives a solid anchor for drawing the knife for use. Hollow brass pins secure the scales to the full tang of the blade.
