TOPS C.U.B. Survival Knife

The TOPS C.U.B. Survival Knife is a design by Reuben Bolieu, a photographer, writer, martial arts trainer and survival instructor for Randall’s Adventures and Training (RAT). Well-versed in primitive survival techniques, Reuben wanted to create a lightweight companion to the machete or axe for utility field use. The TOPS C.U.B. or Compact Utility Blade is a combination of two of his favorite knife styles, the Finnish Puukko and Kephart style knife. The slim 1/8″ thick 1095 tool steel tang provides the base of the knife forming a deep bellied blade. The Scandinavian Grind provides for superior wood carving and slicing abilities. Natural tan micarta handles with bow divot on both sides are attaches to the tang with Chicago screws, making them easy to remove in the field if necessary. Includes a MOLLE compatible tan nylon sheath with front pouch and snap closure. A small survival kit is also included and features a Razor Blade, 3 Barrel Fire Starter, P-38 Can Opener, Steel Snap Link, Fresnal Lens, HD Rubber Band, Sail Needle, Safety Pins, Fishing Line (25′), 2 Fish Hooks, Liquid Filled Button Compass, Orange Marking Tape (12′) and Acrylic Signal Mirror.
